Recovery-Based Systems for Elite Athletes &

Those Who Suffer with Chronic Conditions

    Helping Your Body Heal:

For more than four decades, Age Lab Founder Vic Rakhshani has studied how the body heals, adapts, and protects its tissues under stress. His work with elite athletes and individuals facing complex chronic pain challenges led to the development of a regenerative recovery model focused on strengthening the body’s natural repair and resilience systems.

Today, Age Lab’s recovery programming helps individuals recover more efficiently, perform with greater durability, and support long-term structural health — complementing modern medical care while advancing the science of functional healing.

Human life miraculously starts as a single cell (zygote) that divides and multiplies up to 50 times creating every stage of human life before birth. This process creates over 37 trillion cells that become a human body AND govern all human functions.

“As a CEO responsible for managing complex risk environments, I immediately recognized the value of RTTM. In high-stakes situations involving my athlete sons — particularly around critical return-to-play decisions and post-surgical recovery progression — RTTM provided meaningful visibility that strengthened those decisions and outcomes. The impact was significant and lasting.”
